Role Description The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in Anekal. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring EHS policies and procedures across kitchen, production, and delivery operations.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting safety inspections, assessing environmental and occupational health risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The EHS Professional will lead incident investigations, recommend corrective actions, and provide regular training and guidance to staff on safe work practices, food safety, and emergency response. The role also collaborates with operations,



facilities, and leadership teams to support continuous improvement in safety culture and environmental performance.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Environmental Health and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) principles, with the ability to design and implement practical programs in food production and delivery environments.
- Experience with Environmental Compliance, including familiarity with local regulations, permitting, waste management, and monitoring of environmental impact.
- Understanding of Occupational Health practices, including risk assessments, ergonomics, incident prevention, and workplace safety standards.
- Effective Communication skills to train diverse teams, prepare clear reports, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Food Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Relevant certifications in EHS, safety management, or environmental compliance are an advantage.
- Proven experience in an EHS role within manufacturing, food services, logistics, or similar operational settings.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct field inspections, and respond promptly to safety or environmental incidents.
