Role Overview

We are hiring Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs) to build new businesses from zero inside MedhaviOne. Each EIR reports to the Founders and owns one mandate end to end.

For years, the strongest graduates from top institutes walked past education. That is changing. The capital, talent and ambition now entering the sector mean it is moving quick. What You will do In both mandates, you run the business as its founder.

- Own everything: proposition, academic framework, industry links, acquisition and outcomes.
- Write the plan, set the targets and own the results.
- Pull in marketing, technology, academic and partnerships teams to get things done.
- Build a lean team as the business proves itself.
- Put plans on a page: numbers first, with the insight beside them.

What we are looking for Must have

- A degree from an IIT, IIM or other top-tier institute, or a track record that speaks just as loudly.
- 2-5 years of work experience.
- Something you built from scratch, and can show.
- A minimum commitment to 2-3 years of hands-on building with us.
- Clear, sharp writing.

Good to have

- For Enterprise Growth: B2B marketing or growth experience in SaaS or AI.
- For New Learning Brand: EdTech experience or new-age education businesses.
- For both: Experience running a P&L;, or part of one.

- Owner. If it reaches the Founders, you have already checked it.
- Detail-driven. You meet deadlines, and flag early when you cannot.

- Proud of your work. You build things and businesses you would put your name on.
- Thick-skinned. The mandate will change as we learn, and you adapt.
