EHS, Mumbai •Responsible for EHS management of high-rise construction projects and ensuring compliance with statutory and company safety requirements. •Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures and safety systems at site. •Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments and toolbox talks. •Monitor safety compliance for working at height, scaffolding, lifting, excavation, electrical and other high-risk activities. •Ensure compliance with applicable legal, statutory and environmental requirements. •Investigate incidents/near misses and implement corrective and preventive actions. •Coordinate with contractors and project teams to drive a solid safety culture. •Prepare EHS reports, track safety KPIs and ensure timely closure of observations.
