Roles & Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain infrastructure systems for performance, reliability, and availability.

- Design and implement infrastructure solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Automate server provisioning, load balancer configurations, firewall policies, and other infrastructure processes.

- Develop and maintain installation, configuration, and operational procedures.

- Support infrastructure security, compliance, and availability initiatives.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous infrastructure improvements.

- Collaborate with engineering, operations, project managers, and leadership on infrastructure projects.





- Create technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing and cross-training within the team.

Required Skills

- Excellent working experience in Riverbed.

- Strong experience in Infrastructure/System Engineering.

- Knowledge of servers, load balancers, firewalls, automation, and enterprise infrastructure.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with infrastructure security, compliance, and process automation.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Robust communication and technical documentation skills.
