nAbout the Role

nWe are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Data & Identity Architect to drive the design and evolution of enterprise-scale data, identity, security, and cloud architecture. The role will play a key part in building scalable, secure, AI-ready platforms supporting analytics, digital transformation, risk management, and customer-centric solutions.

nKey Responsibilities

n

n
- Define and drive enterprise data architecture , standards, governance, and modernization strategies.
n
- Architect scalable Data Lake/Lakehouse, data warehouse, MDM, metadata, and data governance solutions.
n
- Define IAM/CIAM architecture , including SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, IGA, PAM, and Zero Trust.
n
- Drive cloud-native, API-led, microservices, event-driven, and distributed architecture initiatives.
n
- Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, business, and technology leadership to define roadmaps and architecture standards.
n
- Lead architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
n
- Ensure solutions align with security, privacy, regulatory, and risk requirements .
n




- Mentor technology teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

- Data: Data Architecture, Data Lake/Lakehouse, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, MDM, Data Governance, SQL/NoSQL.
n
- Identity & Security: IAM, CIAM, SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, IGA, PAM, Zero Trust.
n
- Cloud & Platforms: AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Microservices, API Gateways, Kafka/Event Streaming.
n
- Exposure to platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra, Informatica, or Confluent is an advantage.

nExperience & Qualifications

n

n
- 15+ years of overall technology experience, with 5+ years in Enterprise/Data/Identity/Platform Architecture .
n
- Experience in Banking, BFSI, FinTech, Payments, or large-scale technology environments .
n
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture, technology transformation, and large-scale platform implementations.
n
- Robust stakeholder management, communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline; Master's degree/certifications are an advantage.
