- MBBS + MS/DNB in ENT (Otorhinolaryngology)
- Valid NMC/Delhi Medical Council Registration
- Fellowship or additional training in ENT preferred

Experience
- 4-8 years of experience after MS/DNB preferred
- Fresh postgraduates with good clinical and communication skills may also be considered

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and compassionate ENT Consultant to provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for patients with ear, nose, throat, head and neck conditions. The doctor will be responsible for OPD consultations, clinical assessment, treatment planning, minor procedures, and coordination with other specialties when required. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities

- Conduct ENT OPD consultations and detailed patient assessments.
- Diagnose and manage common ENT conditions.
- Perform appropriate ENT examinations and diagnostic procedures.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and follow up with patients.
- Perform minor ENT procedures as per expertise and hospital protocols.
- Identify cases requiring surgical intervention and plan appropriate management.
- Handle ENT-related emergencies within the scope of practice.

Patient Care

- Explain diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, and expected outcomes to patients and attendants.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.




- Ensure appropriate follow-up and continuity of care.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and confidentiality.

Hospital Coordination

- Coordinate with Emergency, ICU, OT, Radiology, Anaesthesia, and other departments.
- Participate in surgical procedures and inpatient management when required.
- Follow hospital policies, clinical protocols, infection-control practices, and quality standards.
- Participate in CME, clinical meetings, audits, and hospital training programs.

- Valuable diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent patient communication and counselling abilities
- Ability to manage OPD and emergency cases
- Good surgical/procedural skills
- Professional and patient-centric approach
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Candidate Profile
- MS/DNB ENT from a recognized institution
- Valid NMC/Delhi Medical Council registration
- Experience in a multi-specialty hospital preferred
- Experience in ENT OPD, procedures, and surgical cases
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
