JOB PURPOSE

- Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Team Lead Membership, who will be responsible for all business delivery & performance as per set SLA parameters.
- The incumbent will report to Associate Manager - Business Operations and must understand the business delivery, and metrics with multiple stakeholders brief and deliver all in-house process delivery & requirements, apart from coordinating with onshore partners as and when required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY Team Lead Membership will be responsible for the following:

- Responsible for managing a team of 18 to 25 direct reports.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring goals and objectives are met, and provide constructive feedback.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly internal/external metrics (Utilization, Internal & External Accuracy, TAT, Productivity).
- Inventory management, assessing capacity shortages and requirements for overtime.
- Ensure SOPs and training materials are up to date.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members to improve performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide recognition.
- Monitor team performance and take corrective action to achieve goals.
- Act as a liaison with internal and external business partners for process updates, additional scope, and training.
- Collaborate with other leaders for inter-team support.
- Forecasting and capacity planning.
- Manage new hire associates and plan their training and refresher training as needed.
- Excellent data management and presentation skills (MS Office - minimum).
- Willing to work in any shifts based on business requirements.
- Ensure 100% adherence to process specifications and compliance for self and team members.
- Manage employee retention and engagement (attrition within target range and ESAT scores).
- Contribute to recruitment through participation in screening and interviewing candidates.

QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor s or Master s degree




- Non-BTech preferably

EXPERIENCE

- 8+ years of overall experience including extra-ordinary internal personal skills, communication skills
- US Healthcare
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of US Health Care and Performance Metrics
- Flexible to work in any shifts/Work from the office
