English Telecaller – USA Process | Night Shift

About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, professional, and target-driven English Telecaller to join our USA Process team.

In this role, you will communicate with truck owners and owner-operators across the United States, introduce our services, understand their requirements, and generate qualified leads for our Sales Team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, clear pronunciation, and a qualified communication style. A US or Canadian accent is a strong advantage, but clear, natural, and confident English communication is the priority.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to truck owners and owner-operators in the USA.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with international customers.
- Introduce services and explain information clearly.
- Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads.
- Ask relevant questions and collect accurate information.
- Handle objections and customer questions professionally.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Transfer qualified leads to the Sales Team.
- Meet daily, weekly,



and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude on every call.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Clear pronunciation and confident telephone manner.
- US or Canadian accent is an added advantage.
- Comfortable speaking with customers in the USA.
- Professional, polite, and respectful communication.
- Good listening and conversation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to learn and work with CRM software.
- Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
- Previous experience in US calling, international calling, telecalling, sales, lead generation, or insurance is preferred.
