Role Description This full-time, on-site English Teacher role is based at TGES in Rajkot.

The English

Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in English. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of performance. The role involves collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development, participating in school activities and meetings, and creating an inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.





The teacher will also communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and encourage ongoing engagement in the learning process.

Qualifications

- Strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with a passion for facilitating language learning and literacy.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education practices, including designing age-appropriate, outcome-focused instructional materials.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and families in a clear, respectful, and collaborative manner.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, or a related field; formal teacher training or certification is preferred.
- Experience teaching English in a school setting, ideally with familiarity with modern pedagogical methods and learner-centered approaches.
- Ability to manage classrooms effectively, use educational technology, and support diverse learners, including those with different learning styles or needs.
- Commitment to continuous professional development, reflective teaching practice, and alignment with TGES values and mission.
