Living is looking for a hands-on Engineering Supervisor to manage day-to-day engineering, maintenance, and utility operations at our property in Whitefield.

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily engineering and maintenance activities. Handle electrical, plumbing, pumps, RO systems, DG, ACs, geysers, STP and general building maintenance. Attend to resident maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Conduct regular property inspections and identify issues proactively. Plan and monitor preventive maintenance activities. Supervise technicians and allocate daily tasks. Coordinate with vendors and AMC service providers.

Maintain maintenance records, equipment logs and daily reports.



Ensure smooth functioning of property utilities and minimize breakdowns. Ensure maintenance work follows safety standards. Coordinate with Property Management and Front Office teams for maintenance and room readiness.

Candidate

Requirements ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or relevant engineering discipline. 2–5 years of experience in Hotel, Co-Living, PG, Residential, Facility Management or Building Maintenance. Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, DG, pumps, RO systems and general maintenance.

Experience managing technicians and vendors. Good troubleshooting, communication and team-management skills. Ability to handle emergency maintenance situations.
