We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and manage IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and experience in handling large-scale IT systems, managing Government projects would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the engineering team in designing, developing, and deploying IT solutions for government projects.
- Ensure alignment with security protocols and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and roadmaps.
- Oversee software development, infrastructure management, and system integrations.
- Drive innovation, implement best practices, and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and ensure optimal utilization of resources to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for skill development
- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Evaluate and implement current technologies to enhance project outcomes
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Architectural Design and implement software architectures, ensuring scalability,performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify and implement solutions, and ensure systems meet requirement. Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and optimization strategies

Key Skills & Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in software development.




- Strong expertise in enterprise IT solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and system architecture.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, government IT policies, and compliance standards (preferably)
- Proficiency in technologies such as Java, Python, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Skills: Java architecture, Springboot, Microservices architecture, Azure/GCP, Kafka/Rabbit MQ, Code review, DSA
- Experience: 8+ years
