Role Overview :

The Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE) at Quadrasystems sets the standards, guardrails,

and engineering practices that govern AWS cloud adoption across all business units and client engagements. As an Engineer - CCoE, you will build and maintain cloud governance frameworks, automation tooling, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates that enable secure, cost-optimised, and compliant AWS environments at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code templates using AWS

CloudFormation and AWS CDK (Python/TypeScript) for standardised environment provisioning.
- Build and enforce AWS Landing Zone architecture using AWS Control Tower,

AWS Organizations, and Service Control Policies (SCPs).
- Implement cloud governance controls - cost management, security baselines,

compliance posture - using AWS Config, AWS Security Hub, and AWS Trusted Advisor.
- Design and manage IAM policies, permission boundaries, and role architectures

following least-privilege principles across multi-account environments.
- Build CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure automation using AWS CodePipeline,

CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, and GitHub Actions.
- Monitor cloud environments using Amazon CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail, and

AWS Cost Explorer; respond to operational events and cost anomalies.
- Maintain CCoE runbooks, architecture decision records (ADRs), and internal

knowledge bases for cloud engineering standards.
- Evaluate and onboard recent AWS services - defining adoption guidelines, security

baselines, and usage patterns for internal teams.
- Support project teams with cloud architecture reviews and Well-Architected

Framework (WAF) assessments.

engineering roles
- Demonstrated experience with AWS multi-account environments or cloud

governance tooling
