As we expand further globally, we're looking for an Engagement Manager to drive leadership mandates across Non-Tech sectors.

What you bring:

- Upto 20 years in leadership hiring (contingency search/retainer search)
- Robust industry exposure across Manufacturing, Pharma, Medical Devices, FMCG, Chemicals, Automotive, Renewable Energy and Engineering
- Sharp, advanced sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, Job boards and database-driven search
- The polish to engage confidently with CXOs and senior leaders, in writing and in person
- Manage and engage with key clients, nurturing and developing further business from within

What you'll do:



✅ Own end-to-end search for upper-mid to CXO/senior management mandates

✅ Source, screen, and present candidates using smart, tech-driven recruiting methods

✅ Partner closely with Practice Heads to decode client mandates

✅ Build market intelligence and industry mapping for clients

✅ Manage the full candidate journey, interviews, briefings, offers, follow-ups
