Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of endoscopic equipment and instruments.

- Provide support to medical professionals during endoscopic procedures.

- Ensure the proper sterilization and disinfection of endoscopy tools and equipment.

- Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding of the process.

- Monitor and maintain inventory of endoscopy supplies and report any shortages.

- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols throughout procedures.

- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation related to procedures.

- Assist in emergency support during endoscopic procedures as needed.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective workflow in the endoscopy unit.
