The Enabling Area – Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte South Asia that focuses on providing employee experience.

Your work profile Managing IT support including VIP users at site level and reporting to central IT operations. Handling site level escalations in IT operations including VIP users. Meeting IT & Security compliance requirements as per the firm standard at site level.

Onsite IT Operations health check & status reporting to Reporting Manager. (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) Documentation Creation & Maintenance at Site level: SOPs, Knowledge Articles, Operations related processes. Preparing MIS at site level for various activities, projects and vendor performance.



Site level coordination with IT operations related vendors.

Key Skills Required 5-7 yrs of relevant experience Well versed with ITSM tool (e.g.

Service

Now), Incident & Request management, IT asset management, EU backup solution, Reporting, Service improvements. Windows OS and Desktop troubleshooting Basic network and server troubleshooting skills with Cisco and Azure platforms Microsoft imaging framework for workstation imaging, End to end Asset lifecycle management including secure data wiping and disposal. Team Management Escalation Management Project Management Skills Vendor Co-ordination Knowledge of MS Imaging Infrastructure IT Troubleshooting Skills VIP User Management Skills ITIL Awareness
