Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for an Embedded Systems, Robotics and Electric Vehicle Development Engineer. The engineer will design, develop, and test embedded systems for robotics and electric vehicle applications, including hardware interfaces and firmware. Daily responsibilities include participating in R&D; activities, writing and debugging software, integrating electronic components, and conducting performance and reliability testing.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting designs and test results, and supporting prototype development and field trials.



The engineer may also contribute to technical training content and mentor learners in relevant technologies.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Research and Development (R&D;) with experience in concept development, feasibility studies, and prototyping.
- Software Development and Programming skills in languages commonly used for embedded and robotics applications (e.g., C/C++, Python, embedded frameworks).
- Hands-on experience in Testing, including test planning, test case design, validation, and troubleshooting of hardware-software systems.
- Practical knowledge of Electronics, including circuit design, sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, and power electronics relevant to EV and robotics.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of embedded system architecture, communication protocols (e.g., CAN, UART, SPI, I2C), and real-time operating concepts.
- Experience or strong interest in robotics, electric vehicle technologies, motor control, and battery management systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and communicate technical information clearly.
