Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop firmware for microcontrollers (STM32, Renesas, Microchip, ESP32)
- Implement drivers and interfaces for peripherals (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, BLE, ZIGBEE, etc.)
- Work with RTOS-based systems and real-time applications
- Develop and optimize low-power and efficient embedded solutions
- Understand and work with hardware schematics, datasheets, and board bring-up
- Define and execute test plans (functional, regression, stress)
- Validate firmware: bootloaders, communication stacks, sensors
- Debug system issues using oscilloscope, logic analyzer, and multimeter
- Analyze failures and support root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, IEC 60601

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in product testing.
- Hands-on experience with lab tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, thermal chambers, and environmental testers.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers, embedded C/C++/Python, RTOS,



and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Bluetooth, Zigbee, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
- Ability to read and understand schematics, datasheets, and firmware architecture.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across hardware, software, and quality teams.
