Lunar Wave LLC is looking for an experienced Email & SMS Marketing Manager to own retention marketing across our portfolio of US-focused e-commerce brands.

We acquire customers at scale through paid advertising. Your job is to maximize the value of that traffic through email, SMS, automation, segmentation, upsells, cross-sells and retention campaigns.

What You’ll Do

- Own Email &

• SMS marketing

across multiple US e-commerce stores
- Build and optimize automated flows including Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Abandoned Checkout, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Upsell/Cross-sell, Win-back and Re-engagement
- Plan and execute regular promotional Email &

• SMS campaigns

- Write high-converting direct-response copy, subject lines, hooks and CTAs
- Segment customers based on purchase history, engagement and behavior
- A/B test offers, messaging, creatives, send times and flows
- Improve email/SMS revenue as a percentage of total store revenue
- Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, list health and engagement
- Grow Email &

• SMS lists through effective opt-in strategies

- Track revenue, conversion rates, CTR, unsubscribe rates, revenue per recipient and other key metrics
- Work closely with our Media Buying, Creative and Store teams
- Build weekly performance reports and identify new revenue opportunities

What We’re Looking For




- 2 years of Email/SMS marketing experience, preferably for US e-commerce brands
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo
- Experience with SMS platforms such as Postscript, Attentive or similar
- Strong understanding of US e-commerce customer behavior
- Strong direct-response copywriting skills
- Experience with Shopify stores
- Robust understanding of segmentation, automation and lifecycle marketing
- Understanding of email deliverability and list management
- Familiarity with US Email &

• SMS compliance

, including CAN-SPAM and TCPA requirements
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
- Highly analytical and focused on revenue, not vanity metrics

What Success Looks Like We’re not looking for someone whose job ends after scheduling emails.

We want someone constantly asking:

How can we generate more revenue from the customers and leads we already paid to acquire?

You should be able to look at a store, understand its customer journey, find gaps in Email/SMS monetization and execute solutions.
