- Functional Safety - System Level: Own and drive the end-to-end Functional Safety V-cycle at system and vehicle level.
- Perform Item Definition, Impact Analysis, HARA, FSC, and TSC.
- Develop and maintain safety case arguments and ensure assessment readiness.
- Drive system safety validation and verification.
- Coordinate Functional Safety activities across multiple ECUs and suppliers.
- Functional Safety - Component Level: Own component-level Functional Safety work products (HW/SW).
- Align supplier safety deliverables with Daimler requirements.
- Support component verification, testing concepts, and anomaly analysis.
- Ensure safety requirement traceability.
- Support or participate in supplier reviews and audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
- Proven experience in automotive Functional safety domain.
