Elite Relationship Managers (ERM)

for a leading bank across Chennai. Candidates will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing HNI / Domestic & NRI client relationships, portfolio management, and providing investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new customers and increase portfolio book size. Build and maintain relationships with existing and recent Domestic & NRI clients. Generate new business and customer referrals. Cross-sell and upsell banking products, asset products, and digital wealth management services. Understand clients' investment needs and provide research-based investment advice.



Handle client queries and provide suitable investment solutions. Manage client portfolios and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Provide investment advisory services to existing and new customers. Maintain high-quality sales and customer service standards. Provide market feedback on products, pricing, and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements: Experience in HNI Banking / Wealth Management / CASA / Relationship Management. Strong customer acquisition and relationship management skills. Good communication and sales abilities. Ability to achieve business and revenue targets.
