Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Elevator Technician role based in Nagpur.

The Elevator

Technician will install, inspect, maintain, and repair elevators and related equipment in accordance with company standards and local regulations. Typical responsibilities include performing scheduled preventive maintenance, responding to service calls, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and replacing or adjusting components to ensure protected and smooth operation.



The role also involves documenting work performed, communicating clearly with customers and supervisors, following safety protocols, and collaborating with other technicians or contractors as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Elevator Maintenance and general Elevators systems, including routine inspections and component servicing.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair for mechanical and electronic elevator components.
- Working knowledge of Electricity and electrical safety relevant to elevator control systems and wiring.
- Relevant technical diploma, certification, or apprenticeship in electrical, mechanical, or elevator technology.
- Understanding of safety regulations, standards, and best practices for working at heights and in confined spaces.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service documentation.
- Good communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including emergency call-outs, and travel to various sites in and around Nagpur.
