· To check daily on running condition, water, oil, diesel level, terminals, fan within enclosure and the battery back-up for the DG set in the following areas;

· Electrical meter (Power Factor) reading to be checked everyday.

· To receive Complaint Slip from the Nurses in the respective wards and attend to it immediately.

· After completing the work, record the details in the register which is maintained in the wards.

· To check routinely all patient areas (Fan, Tubelight, Night Lamp, PL Lamp, Telephone, Working condition of Calling Bell, A/c) on weekly basis, if found any attend to it.

· To coordinate with AMC personnel for the following;

o UPS o Power Factor o Telephone o Television o AC (Plant, Split & Window)

o Solar Heater

· To help in installation and maintenance, resolving network problems over local and wide area networks, configuring systems, providing advice and support to computer users.

· To collect materials from the stores after getting approval from the management and replace the defective materials once the fault is rectified.

· To do cabling for telephone and electrical work as and when required.





· To do routine check for the following;

o AC Plant (OT New & Old), PICU, NICU – Daily o Solar Heaters – Daily o UPS (Online/Offline) – Weekly once o Telephones – Weekly once o Emergency Lights – Weekly once o Calling Bells in Nurses Stations – Weekly once o Refrigerators (Working Conditions & Defrosting) – Weekly once o Server Room – 15 days once.

o Televisions – Monthly once.

o Vacuum Cleaner (1No.) – Periodically o Cleaning Machine: Wet Machine (2Nos.) – Periodically

· Any other work as and when entrusted by the superiors from time to time.

· Experience : 3+ Years

· Skills & Attributes required: Trouble Shooting Skills, Customer Service Skills, Judgmental Ability, Logical Thinking, Good Practical Skills, Understanding on plans & wiring diagrams, Time Management
