- Install and commission commercial scenting machines at client locations.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and servicing of scenting machines.
- Visit client locations as per the scheduled service/rental cycle.
- Refill/replenish fragrance oils and ensure machines have adequate fragrance levels.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to scenting machines and resolve them at the client site.
- Check machine performance, fragrance output, power supply, connectivity, and other operational parameters.
- Dismantle, repair, replace, and reinstall machines wherever required.
- Maintain proper records of machine installations, servicing, refills, repairs, and replacements.
- Coordinate with the Operations/Service team regarding pending complaints and service requirements.
- Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
- Ensure machines are properly cleaned and maintained during every service visit.
- Track machines deployed at different customer locations and report any missing/damaged equipment.
- Collect and return machines when rental contracts are completed or services are discontinued.
- Ensure proper handling and transportation of machines, fragrance oils, and related equipment.
- Explain basic machine operation and usage to clients/site staff.
- Maintain service reports and obtain client confirmation after completing service visits.
- Follow company safety and service-quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in field service, machine servicing, equipment maintenance, electrical/electronic equipment, HVAC, pest control, water purifiers, vending machines, or similar technical services.
- Basic understanding of electrical/electronic components.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Comfortable travelling to multiple client locations on a daily basis.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service visits.
- Basic knowledge of using smartphones/apps for service reporting.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
