Job Purpose To supervise and maintain all electrical systems, machinery, equipment, and electrical installations in the manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, reliable, and uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Electrical Maintenance
- Supervise daily electrical maintenance activities in the plant.
- Ensure proper functioning of machines, panels, motors, pumps, compressors, and other electrical equipment.
- Attend to electrical breakdowns and ensure timely rectification.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule.

Production Support

- Coordinate with the Production Department to minimize machine downtime.
- Provide immediate technical support during electrical breakdowns.
- Monitor electrical equipment during production operations

Electrical Safety

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and company safety standards.
- Regularly inspect electrical panels, cables, earthing, switches, and other installations.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices by electrical staff.
- Prevent unauthorized electrical modifications or unsafe connections.

Team Supervision

- Supervise electricians and maintenance technicians.
- Allocate daily work and monitor completion.
- Guide technicians in troubleshooting and repair activities.
- Conduct toolbox talks and provide basic technical guidance to the team.

Utilities & Plant Equipment





- Monitor electrical systems related to production utilities.
- Ensure proper operation of motors, pumps, refrigeration systems, compressors, generators, and other electrical equipment.
- Coordinate with external technicians/service providers when required.

Energy Management

- Monitor electrical consumption and identify opportunities for energy saving.
- Report abnormal power consumption or electrical losses.
- Support initiatives to improve energy efficiency.

Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Electrical Supervisor certification/licence, where applicable.
- Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems and maintenance.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.

Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, production, or industrial plants will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
- Electrical troubleshooting and breakdown handling.
- Knowledge of motors, control panels, sensors, VFDs, PLC basics, and electrical protection systems.
- Team supervision and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer and maintenance documentation skills.
- Strong focus on safety and preventive maintenance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
