Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical Engineering

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, machines, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in CNC machines, VMCs, HMCs, PLC panels, control panels, motors, drives, and electrical systems.
- Handle installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLC, sensors, relays, contactors, VFDs, servo drives, and control circuits.
- Maintain electrical panels, wiring, cables, motors, and other plant electrical systems.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare-parts requirements.




- Coordinate with Production and other departments for timely breakdown resolution.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Support continuous improvement and energy-saving initiatives.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance.
- Experience with CNC machines and industrial automation will be preferred.
- Knowledge of PLC, VFD, Servo Drives, Sensors, and Electrical Panels.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle breakdown situations.
- Knowledge of electrical safety and maintenance practices.
