Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based at Mangalam Cement Limited’s facility in Kota.

The Electrical

Engineer will oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems and equipment across the plant, ensuring continuous, safe, and efficient power supply for production processes. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical issues, conducting inspections, coordinating preventive and predictive maintenance, and supporting upgrades to electrical infrastructure. The role also involves working with cross-functional teams to improve energy efficiency,



ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and support the implementation of current technologies.

The Electrical

Engineer will prepare technical reports, maintain documentation, and assist in training plant personnel on electrical safety and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, with applied knowledge of electricity and industrial electrical systems.
- Proficiency in Electrical Design for plant equipment, control panels, and distribution networks.
- Hands-on experience in Power Distribution, including switchgear, transformers, and motor control centers.
- Knowledge of Power Systems, including load analysis, protection systems, and fault diagnosis.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Experience in cement, heavy industry, or process manufacturing environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with safety standards, electrical codes, and energy efficiency practices.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with operations, maintenance, and project teams.
