1. Electrical Engineer – Project

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with strong project execution experience in refinery, oil & gas, industrial, EPC, or large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and coordinate electrical engineering activities for projects.
- Supervise electrical installation and construction activities.
- Review electrical drawings, SLDs, cable schedules, load schedules, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with mechanical, instrumentation, civil, construction, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Support electrical testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Ensure electrical works comply with project specifications and safety requirements.
- Prepare progress reports and technical documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 7–15 years of relevant experience.
- Strong project experience in refinery, oil & gas, petrochemical, industrial, EPC, or construction projects.
- Experience in electrical installation, project execution, testing, and commissioning.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.

1. Electrical Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to manage electrical engineering, construction, installation, testing,



and commissioning activities for refinery and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage electrical engineering and construction teams.
- Supervise engineers, supervisors, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Plan and coordinate electrical works according to project schedules.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and technical documents.
- Manage electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and project progress.
- Coordinate with project, mechanical, instrumentation, civil, and HSE teams.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Prepare progress reports and provide technical updates to management.
- Ensure electrical activities are completed safely, within schedule, and according to project requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 7–15 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in refinery, oil & gas, petrochemical, industrial, EPC, or construction projects.
- Previous experience managing electrical teams and contractors.
- Solid project execution and site management experience.
- Good knowledge of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning.

1. Electrical Testing Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Testing Engineer with robust testing and commissioning experience in refinery, oil & gas, industrial, and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute electrical testing and commissioning activities.




- Supervise testing and commissioning at project sites.
- Prepare and review testing procedures, checklists, and reports.
- Test electrical equipment and systems before energization.
- Conduct/supervise testing of:
- Transformers
- Switchgear
- MCCs
- LV/MV Panels
- Motors
- Power and Control Cables
- Protection Systems
- Earthing/Grounding Systems
- UPS and Battery Systems
- Generators
- Conduct insulation resistance, continuity, earth resistance, and other electrical tests.
- Troubleshoot testing failures and coordinate corrective actions.
- Review test results and prepare testing and commissioning reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, energization, and handover.
- Ensure all testing activities comply with project specifications and HSE requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 7–15 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in electrical testing and commissioning.
- Experience in refinery, oil & gas, petrochemical, industrial, EPC, or construction projects.
- Experience with LV/MV electrical systems and equipment.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, schematics, and test procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
