Role Description The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for pharmaceutical facilities, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed electrical drawings, load calculations, and technical documentation, coordinating with architecture, HVAC, MEP, and civil design teams, and supporting installation and commissioning activities. The role involves reviewing project specifications, selecting appropriate equipment,



troubleshooting design issues, and ensuring safety and reliability of electrical systems.

The Electrical Design

Engineer will also collaborate with project managers and clients to align designs with project requirements and timelines. This is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering for industrial and pharmaceutical projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Design Engineering capabilities with experience in facility and utility system design.
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of Electricity fundamentals and applicable codes and standards.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Power Distribution systems, panels, protection devices, and load management.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience with CAD or BIM tools for electrical drafting and design is beneficial.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or cleanroom environments and GMP requirements is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
