Job Title: Electrical Assembly Technician

Experience: 1 - 8 Years

Location: Chennai

Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Electrical / Electronics Engineering

Basic Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in industrial machine wiring
- Experience in control panel assembly and wiring
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
- Knowledge of MCB, MCCB, contactors, relays and terminal blocks
- Basic knowledge of PLC I/O wiring
- Experience with VFD and servo drive wiring
- Experience in cable routing, glanding, termination and labelling
- Knowledge of wiring sensors, motors, switches and safety devices
- Experience using crimping tools and ferrules
- Able to perform continuity and point-to-point checks
- Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting
- Basic experience in machine commissioning
- Knowledge of electrical safety and quality standards
