- Design and review electrical and instrumentation systems for industrial projects.
- Prepare and review single-line diagrams (SLDs), wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and load schedules.
- Work with PLC, DCS, SCADA, and control systems.
- Select and specify instruments such as:
- Pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters
- Control valves
- Switches and sensors
- Analyzers
- Perform instrument calibration, loop checking, and commissioning.
- Supervise installation of:
- Electrical panels and MCCs
- Cable trays and cables
- Earthing and lightning protection
- Junction boxes
- Instruments and control valves
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, instrumentation problems, and control-system issues.
- Coordinate with mechanical, civil, process,



and automation teams.
- Review vendor drawings, technical specifications, and equipment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical, instrumentation, safety, and industrial standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, test reports, and technical documentation.
- Support FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and plant start-up activities.
