About the Role
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Officers to drive vehicle sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and sales skills, with experience in automobile dealership sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles. The role involves handling customer inquiries, conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives, generating leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate sales leads through field visits, references, and customer networking.
- Handle dealership walk-in customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, perks, specifications, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Upsell accessories, insurance, and finance products.
Customer Relationship Management
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Generate referral business from existing customers.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.
Documentation & Coordination
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and documentation teams.
- Support vehicle booking, registration, loan processing, and insurance procedures.
- Ensure timely and hassle-free vehicle delivery to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, vehicle pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
Experience Required
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Commercial Vehicle (CV) Sales and/or Automobile Dealership Sales.
