Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced EV Trainer who can deliver theoretical and hands-on practical training in Electric. The trainer will be responsible for developing job-ready EV service technicians through classroom sessions, workshop demonstrations, servicing, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and practical activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theoretical and practical training on Electric 2-Wheeler & 3-Wheeler and 4 Wheeler EVs
- Explain EV components, systems, architecture, and working principles
- Conduct practical training on EV servicing, maintenance, and diagnostics
- Train students in fault finding, troubleshooting, and repair procedures
- Demonstrate the use of EV tools, diagnostic equipment,
and safety equipment
- Conduct hands-on workshop activities and practical assessments
- Develop students' technical and problem-solving skills
- Prepare students for job-ready EV technician roles
- Maintain training records, practical assessments, and session reports
- Ensure proper implementation of EV workshop safety procedures
- Required Technical Skills
- EV Battery & BMS
- Motor & Motor Controller
- Charger & DC-DC Converter
- Wiring, Connectors & Electrical Systems
- EV Diagnostics & Fault Finding
- CAN Communication – basic understanding
- Multimeter and electrical testing
- EV Safety & Workshop Practices
- 2W & 3W, and 4-wheeler EV servicing and troubleshooting
- Qualification - Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile
- Language Requirement – Hyderabad
- Hindi + English + Telugu communication skills are mandatory.
Candidate Profile
- 4 years of relevant EV/Automobile experience
- Strong practical knowledge of EV servicing and troubleshooting
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Passion for technical training and skill development
- EV/Automobile industry professionals with solid hands-on experience are encouraged to apply
