Role Overview We are looking for a specialist with solid experience in enterprise technology infrastructure and data center strategy, including candidates who have planned and built AI data centers. The ideal candidate combines technical depth with a consulting mindset - able to understand how infrastructure integrates with data and business applications, design fit-for-purpose solutions for traditional and AI workloads, navigate the vendor ecosystem, and evaluate cost, usage, compliance, and sustainability implications to support strategic client decisions. Key Responsibilities - Lead client engagements focused on enterprise infrastructure, data center strategy, AI data center planning, and infrastructure transformation. - Assess current-state infrastructure environments and shape target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps. - Design the next generation infrastructure that enables AI adoption based on vision, use cases, security and operational needs - Assess how compute, storage, network, platform, and infrastructure architecture components integrate with data and business applications. - Evaluate infrastructure technologies, platforms, and solution options across relevant vendors and ecosystem partners. - Assess infrastructure usage, capacity, and cost drivers and identify opportunities for AI optimization. - Develop recommendations and business cases that balance technical fit, commercial considerations, implementation feasibility, data compliance, and sustainability goals. - Facilitate client workshops and translate technical concepts into transparent recommendations for technology and business stakeholders. - Own workstreams end-to-end, manage deliverables and client relationships, and coach junior team members Required Experience & Capabilities - 8-12 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure consulting, technology strategy, infrastructure architecture, data center strategy, or a closely related field. - Solid understanding of enterprise technology infrastructure and data center environments,



including compute, storage, networking, platform, and architecture components. - Experience designing or evaluating end-to-end infrastructure solutions for large enterprises, including next-generation infrastructure suitable for AI workloads. - Ability to connect infrastructure architecture with data and business applications, and to assess the trade-offs between public cloud, on-premises, and hybrid / colocation environments. - Good understanding of major infrastructure vendors and the broader technology ecosystem, with the ability to track relevant market and technology trends. - Ability to connect infrastructure usage and architecture decisions to cost, value, compliance, sustainability, and commercial implications. - Strong structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. - Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client-facing workstreams at a senior level. Preferred Experience - Data center strategy and consolidation - Cloud or hybrid infrastructure strategy and transformation. - Infrastructure cost optimization, capacity planning, or commercial model assessment. - Technology vendor assessment, solution selection, or RFP / sourcing support. - Enterprise architecture or infrastructure roadmap development. - Experience in a consulting or systems integration environment serving large enterprise clients.
