- Experience in installation, configuration, upgrades, and user management.
- Ability to create, maintain, and troubleshoot automation suites.
- Integration experience with ALM, Jira, and CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of test execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Experience in providing technical support, training, and mentoring teams.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
