B.Tech/BE
- Responsible for EHS management of high-rise construction projects and ensuring compliance with statutory and company safety requirements.
- Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures and safety systems at site.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
- Monitor safety compliance for working at height, scaffolding, lifting, excavation, electrical and other high-risk activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal, statutory and environmental requirements.
- Investigate incidents/near misses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with contractors and project teams to drive a solid safety culture.
- Prepare EHS reports, track safety KPIs and ensure timely closure of observations.
