About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Educational Counsellor –

- UG &
- PG Admissions to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling UG &
- PG courses, counselling students and parents, managing admission enquiries, and converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable UG &
- PG programs based on their academic background and career goals.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face counselling.
- Understand student requirements and recommend relevant courses/programs.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, curriculum, admission process, and career opportunities.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions and consistently achieve monthly admission & revenue targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
- Handle objections related to fees, course selection, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in CRM.
- Track the complete admission journey from lead → counselling → follow-up → admission.




- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, counselling, conversions, and admissions.

Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Educational Counselling / Education Sales / Admissions.
- Mandatory: Proven experience selling UG &
- PG courses/programs.
- Strong communication, counselling, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales/admission targets.
- Robust follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Good understanding of the higher-education/admissions ecosystem.
- Comfortable working with CRM and basic reporting tools.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
