About the Position

We are looking for a smart, confident, dedicated and self-motivated Educational Counsellor to join our growing educational consultancy team.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents regarding study-abroad opportunities, university admissions, scholarships, courses and career pathways, while also supporting the consultancy's digital and social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding higher education and study-abroad opportunities.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, interests and career goals.
- Provide accurate information about courses, universities, admission requirements and scholarships.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Assist with student documentation and application processes.
- Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and social media.
- Create and assist in preparing social media content, reels, posts and promotional materials.
- Support marketing campaigns and student outreach activities.
- Maintain proper records of student enquiries and follow-ups.
- Represent the consultancy professionally when interacting with students, parents and institutions.

Required Skills & Qualities The ideal candidate should have:
- Excellent English speaking and communication skills
- Good Hindi speaking ability
- Good interpersonal and counselling skills
- Basic to good knowledge of computers and MS Office
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
- Ability to create or assist with social media posts, reels and promotional content
- Smart and professional personality
- Confidence in dealing with students and parents
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Dedication and willingness to learn




- Self-motivated and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Internship Programme Selected candidates will initially undergo a 1-month internship/training programme.

During the internship

- Fooding/meal support will be provided
- Travel allowance will be provided, as per company policy
- Candidates will receive practical exposure to educational counselling, student handling, admissions, documentation and digital marketing.

Opportunity for Regular Employment Candidates who successfully complete the one-month internship and demonstrate satisfactory performance, dedication and professional conduct will be considered for a regular position with the organisation.

Compensation

After successful completion of the internship, salary and remuneration will be performance-based and will be discussed with the selected candidate based on skills, experience, responsibilities and demonstrated performance.

There will also be opportunities for performance-based incentives and growth.
