Be Medic Academy is looking for a confident, target-oriented and sales-driven Education Sales Counsellor to join our growing team.

? Position: Education Sales Counsellor

? Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home

? Employment Type: Full-Time

⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

? Weekly Off: Wednesday

? Salary: ₹23,000 Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives

⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Counsel students about our Nutrition & Health education programs.
- Understand their career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales, enrollment and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM regularly.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a positive admission experience.
- Work consistently towards improving conversion rates and sales performance.

? Who Can Apply?✔ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

✔ 6 months–2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, EdTech Sales,



Education Counselling, Academic Sales, Tele-sales or Business Development preferred.

✔ Solid communication and convincing skills.

✔ Proven ability to handle sales targets and lead conversions.

✔ Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

✔ Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp communication and CRM tools.

✔ Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

✔ Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

? OJT / On-the-Job Training? Selected candidates will undergo an OJT period before regular employment confirmation.

? The OJT will assess the candidate’s sales performance, communication, follow-ups and lead-conversion ability.

? Candidates who successfully clear the OJT will continue with the role as per the company's employment terms.
