Role Description The Education Program Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Agra. This role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing AI, Robotics, Coding, and STEM workshops and activities in collaboration with schools and educational partners. The coordinator will manage program schedules, coordinate resources and facilitators, and ensure smooth execution of interactive sessions and project-based learning initiatives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with school stakeholders,



supporting curriculum implementation, tracking program outcomes, and continuously improving program delivery based on feedback. The role also includes maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and contributing ideas to enhance student engagement and learning effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Educational Programs and Education, with experience in school-based or K–12 learning environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Program Management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating multiple programs or workshops.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for engaging with students, educators, and institutional partners.
- Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development, particularly for technology-focused or STEM programs.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, STEM, or a related field are beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI, Robotics, Coding, IoT, or STEM education, and comfort working with technology-based learning tools is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage on-site activities and stakeholder relationships in Agra are preferred.
