nThe candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads, converting prospects into customers, achieving sales targets, and driving upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
nRequirements:
n• 1–3 years of experience in B2C Inside Sales / Telesales / Customer Success
n• Graduate in any discipline
n• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
n• Strong sales, conversion and objection-handling skills
n• Experience in achieving revenue/sales targets
n• CRM and follow-up management experience
n• EdTech experience is preferred
n• Comfortable working 6 days a week, 10 AM–7 PM, in office
