We are looking for an Education Counsellor to guide prospective students through suitable UG/PG programs, understand their academic and career requirements, and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel candidates on UG/PG courses, eligibility, program structure, fees and admission process.

- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs based on their academic and career goals.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with prospective students and address their queries.

- Resolve student concerns and provide timely assistance throughout the counselling and enrollment journey.

- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, follow-ups and admission status in the CRM.





- Convert eligible and interested candidates into enrollments and ensure completion of the admission process.

- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly admission targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 0 months–2 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, EdTech or inside sales.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.

- Solid counselling, follow-up and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable working with targets and sales-based processes.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
