About the Role

We are looking for an EdTech Content & Product Manager who understands how a digital learning product is built from scratch to final delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of academic content, curriculum, digital course development and project management, with the ability to bring together multiple teams to create high-quality learning products.

We would particularly value someone who has grown from an SME / academic content / instructional design background into content, course or project management.

What You’ll Do

- Own the end-to-end development of digital learning courses and products.
- Translate curriculum and learning requirements into structured digital learning experiences.
- Plan and manage course structure, lessons, activities, assessments and learning content.
- Work closely with SMEs, content writers, instructional designers, designers, developers and QA teams.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, reviews, dependencies and revisions across projects.
- Ensure content is accurate, age-appropriate, engaging and aligned with learning objectives.
- Coordinate the development of multimedia, interactive and assessment-based learning components.




- Review the final product and ensure it meets academic, content and digital quality standards.
- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to take products from concept → development → QA → final delivery.
- Identify gaps and continuously improve the course development and product creation process.

What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in EdTech, e-learning, digital learning, educational content or related fields.
- Experience in digital course/content development and project management.
- Strong understanding of curriculum, pedagogy, instructional design and learning outcomes.
- Experience working with or managing SMEs, academic teams and cross-functional content/product teams.
- Ability to understand both the academic/content side and the product/delivery side of digital learning.
- Strong project planning, communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with LMS/LXP, digital assessments, interactive learning or multimedia-based courses will be an advantage.
