Job Summary

Harwell Global Services is looking for a motivated and professional Education Counsellor to guide students in selecting suitable courses, colleges, universities, and career pathways. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, handling enquiries, and supporting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding courses, colleges, universities, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Provide accurate information about admission requirements, fees, courses, and eligibility.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Assist students with the application and admission process.
- Maintain student records and update CRM/database regularly.




- Coordinate with universities, students, and internal teams.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Stay updated about courses, universities, scholarships, and admission procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, study abroad, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English communication is preferred.
- Strong convincing and counselling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
