Role Description The Edtech Business Development Associate (BDA) role at HR TEAM is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, focused on generating and managing leads for education technology offerings. On a day-to-day basis, the BDA will reach out to prospective learners or clients via calls, messages, and meetings, explain program benefits, and guide them through the enrollment or sales process. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up with interested prospects, and meeting defined sales and revenue targets (up to 6 LPA, based on performance and experience).

The BDA will collaborate with marketing and academic teams to refine messaging, gather feedback from customers, and support campaigns and events that drive conversions. The position requires consistent on-ground presence in Noida and active participation in team reviews, training sessions, and performance discussions.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build trust and rapport with prospective learners and clients.
- Sales and business development aptitude, including lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of the edtech or education sector, with interest in learning about online courses, training programs, and student needs.
- Comfort using CRM or sales tracking tools, spreadsheets, and common office software to document interactions and monitor pipelines.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and handle a high volume of calls and meetings with professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset, resilience, and willingness to receive feedback and participate in regular training and skill development.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; relevant experience in telesales, inside sales, or counseling in edtech or education is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with transparent and confident speaking skills, will be highly beneficial.
