We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our brand across major e-commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart and Shopify , be comfortable working with sales and order dashboards, and have good command of English communication and MS Excel .
This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and capable of taking ownership of daily e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart and Shopify
- Process and monitor customer orders, cancellations, returns and refunds
- Monitor marketplace dashboards and ensure orders are processed within timelines
- Handle customer queries and coordinate for resolution of complaints
- Monitor returns, RTOs, cancellations and order-related issues
- Maintain and update product listings, prices, inventory and product information
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with the internal team to avoid stock-outs
- Track sales, orders, returns and other important marketplace metrics
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and operations reports
- Work extensively on MS Excel / Google Sheets for data management and reporting
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners and marketplace support teams when required
- Raise and follow up on marketplace issues, claims and cases
- Identify operational errors and ensure timely corrective action
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment and customer service
- Maintain accurate records of marketplace transactions and operational activities
Required Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
- Hands-on knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub
- Working knowledge of Shopify
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good understanding of e-commerce orders, returns, cancellations and inventory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good command of English language
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, marketplace support teams and internal teams
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with numbers, reports and large amounts of data
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations / marketplace operations / online sales operations preferred
- Candidates with relevant hands-on experience on Amazon, Flipkart and Shopify will be preferred
