E-commerce Executive / Marketplace Expert

About the Role

We are looking for an E-commerce Expert / Marketplace Executive who has hands-on experience managing online marketplaces and Shopify. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling day-to-day operations, product listings, orders, inventory, sales growth, and marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and operate Meesho, Flipkart, and Shopify stores on a daily basis.
- Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, attributes, and images.
- Manage product catalogs, pricing, inventory, and stock updates.
- Monitor and process orders, cancellations, returns, and RTOs.
- Track marketplace performance, sales, conversion rates, and other important metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales.
- Manage promotions, offers, discounts, and marketplace campaigns.
- Handle customer queries and marketplace-related issues.
- Monitor account health, seller ratings, penalties, and policy compliance.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/production team for inventory and order fulfillment.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Manage and update the Shopify website, including products, collections, pricing, inventory, and basic store settings.




- Stay updated with changes in Meesho, Flipkart, and Shopify policies and features.

Requirements
- 1.5 years of hands-on e-commerce experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Meesho and Flipkart seller panels.
- Valuable understanding of Shopify.
- Experience with product listing and catalog management.
- Understanding of SEO, keywords, product ranking, and marketplace algorithms.
- Knowledge of RTO, returns, cancellations, and order management.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketplace operations.

Preferred
- Experience in fashion/apparel e-commerce, especially women's ethnic wear, kurtis, or clothing.
- Experience managing multiple SKUs and large catalogs.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and paid promotions.
- Experience with improving sales and reducing RTO/return rates.

What We’re Looking For We need someone who doesn't just upload products but can take ownership of the complete e-commerce operation and actively help grow sales across Meesho, Flipkart, and Shopify.
