Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, including ecommerce platforms and marketplaces, to drive revenue and improve customer experience. Day-to-day activities include listing and updating products, monitoring inventory and pricing, coordinating promotional campaigns, and analyzing sales performance.

Manager collaborates closely with marketing and sales teams to plan digital initiatives, improve conversion rates, and ensure consistent branding across all online touchpoints.



The role also involves tracking KPIs, preparing regular performance reports, and working with cross-functional stakeholders to implement improvements in operations and customer service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-informed decisions for ecommerce growth.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, and to document processes clearly.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills with experience in online sales funnels, upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention strategies.
- Candidates should possess E-Commerce skills, including platform management (e.g., marketplaces, online stores), listing optimization, and understanding of online buyer behavior.
