Geroo Jaipur is looking for a E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our online business across B2B and B2C platforms. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role for someone who has hands-on experience managing multi-marketplace selling (Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, TataCliq, Ajio, and similar platforms), and who thrives on building productive systems, driving sales growth, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Operations Management

Own end-to-end daily operations across all marketplace accounts (B2B and B2C)

Manage product catalog updates, listings, pricing, and inventory sync across platforms

Coordinate closely with marketplace account managers to stay ahead of platform updates, policy changes, and growth opportunities

Customer Experience

Address and resolve customer issues and concerns across platforms in a timely, solution-oriented manner

Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback from marketplaces to improve product and service quality





Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management, ideally within apparel, fashion, or lifestyle categories working knowledge of marketplace seller platforms (Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, TataCliq, Ajio, etc.)

Proven ability to independently manage catalog operations, pricing, and day-to-day platform performance

Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable strategies

Excellent communication skills and comfort coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders

Strong ownership mentality — someone who takes a problem from identification to resolution without needing hand-holding

- Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate; this is an in office role
