Key Responsibilities

- Own ecommerce growth strategy and build growth roadmaps aligned with client business goals.

- Act as a trusted advisor in business reviews and identify opportunities to grow client accounts.

- Lead merchandising strategy across category, assortment, pricing, promotions, search, navigation and launches.

- Lead the CRO team and own the experimentation program from research through rollout.

- Lead the UI/UX team and ensure design decisions are driven by research, data and business goals.

- Own key growth KPIs, measurement and the overall growth story behind the numbers.

- Build playbooks, develop talent and strengthen Merchandising, CRO and UX as client-facing services.

- Work closely with SEO to align growth priorities, content, merchandising and visibility goals.

- Work with Tech to define requirements, prioritise releases and validate the impact of delivered solutions.

- Align with clients on growth, brand and landing experiences.

Key Success Metrics

- Client revenue growth against the client's plan.

- Improvement in conversion, AOV and repeat purchase against baseline.

- Category revenue, attach rate and launch readiness.

- Consistent experimentation velocity with measurable revenue impact.

- Client retention and account expansion.

- Team capability growth and retention.

Required Experience & Skills

- 8+ years of experience in ecommerce growth,



working with B2C and B2B businesses on the brand or agency side.

- Robust understanding of B2B commerce journeys including account pricing, quick order, quotes and reorders.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to discuss revenue, margins and growth plans with senior stakeholders.

- Working knowledge of brand, performance marketing, CRM and campaigns.

- Experience leading data-driven merchandising for large catalogues.

- Experience running CRO programs and directing design teams; hands-on design experience is not required.

- Strong working knowledge of SEO, AEO and GEO, with the ability to partner with SEO specialists.

- Strong analytics knowledge with experience using GA4, Looker Studio or similar tools.

- Working knowledge of Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus or similar ecommerce platforms.

- Experience leading teams of 5+ and managing international clients across the US, GCC and Southeast Asia.

Good to Have

- Agency or consulting background across multiple brands.

- Experience with technical catalogues, parts/aftermarket or quote-based buying.

- Exposure to PIM, site search tools such as Algolia, Klevu or Adobe Live Search, or CDP tools.

- CRO or analytics certification such as CXL, Google or similar.

- Experience with Adobe Target, VWO, Optimizely, Clarity, Hotjar or similar tools
