About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and responsible E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our online marketplace accounts on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho . Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon, Flipkart & Meesho seller accounts ko daily manage karna. Product listings create, update aur optimize karna.

Product titles, descriptions, images, keywords aur pricing maintain karna. Orders, cancellations, returns aur refunds ko monitor karna. Inventory/stock levels ko regularly check aur update karna. Marketplace promotions, offers aur campaigns manage karna.

Sales aur account performance reports prepare karna. Product ranking aur sales improve karne ke liye strategies implement karna. Customer complaints aur marketplace-related issues ko resolve karna. Account health, ratings, reviews aur seller performance metrics monitor karna.

Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho ki policies aur guidelines ke according accounts maintain karna. Competitor pricing aur market trends par nazar rakhna.

SkillsAmazon Seller Central ka practical knowledge.

Flipkart Seller

Hub ka knowledge.

Meesho Supplier

Panel ka knowledge. Excel/Google Sheets ki basic-to-positive knowledge. Product listing & catalog management ka experience. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Sales reports aur marketplace data ko samajhne ki ability. Multitasking aur deadline management.

Preferred

CandidateE-commerce marketplace management mein 1–3 years ka experience preferred. Amazon, Flipkart aur Meesho teeno platforms ka hands-on experience ho to preferred.
